What We Offer
Sacred is not a therapeutic or crisis service. We do not provide counselling, legal advice, or emergency intervention. We are also not a statutory safeguarding body and do not have the capacity to investigate or resolve individual cases. If a disclosure suggests a risk of serious harm, we may be required to share relevant information with safeguarding authorities in line with our legal and ethical responsibilities.
Our support includes:
Listening and informal guidance.
Signposting to relevant services (e.g., therapy, legal advice, safeguarding advice).
We are seeking to launch a programme of research to help us record experiences of those who wish to share, with the aim of creating community change. We will make this facility known once it becomes available.
If you are in immediate danger, call 999.
If you need mental health or safeguarding support, please contact a qualified professional.
To speak with us or find out more, you can email us directly at maariyah@sacredbms.org.uk or call 07989 436 603 (10am-3.30pm).
